By using this website or requesting service from T&C Cargo LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

We provide 24/7 towing, roadside assistance, and wrecker equipment supply across South Florida. ETAs and pricing quoted by phone are estimates and depend on traffic, weather, and vehicle condition.

• Provide accurate location and vehicle information.
• Ensure you are the owner or authorized party for any towed vehicle.
• Pay agreed-upon charges upon completion of service.

We carry commercial liability insurance and operate under Florida law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed, except where prohibited by applicable law.

All equipment quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Specifications may change without notice. Returns and warranties are handled per the manufacturer’s policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
